[ESIVFC-8] Add-on user should not be manually added to each permission scheme

  1. Cause of a known bug in the Forge Platform where the plugin is developed, when the plugin is installed the admin should add the “Epic Subtask Issue Viewer“ user in the permission scheme of the project/s he wants to use the plugin.

    1. Necessary permissions are only the “Browse Permission“ https://christosmoysiadisdev.atlassian.net/browse/ESIVFC-8

    2. Grant (Browse Permissions) to Epic Subtask Issue Viewer
